We are pleased to announce that the first Annual Vietnam Ireland Business Forum will take place on the 16th and 17th of November at the Headquarters of the VCCI (address above).
The focus of this event (which is supported by the Vietnamese and Irish Governments) is to create partnerships between Vietnamese and Irish ICT companies and to bring new ICT products and Technologies to Vietnam.
Ten Irish companies will participate in the event, all of which are seeking local partners. The agenda for the Forum is attached below with details of the Irish companies.
ICT Partnership Forum
On the 16th of November 10 Irish ICT companies will showcase their products and technologies and participants will have an opportunity to have one-to-one meetings with these companies to see if partnerships can be developed to work cooperatively in the Vietnam market.
Entrepreneurs Workshops
SHARING EXPERIENCES IN THE DEVELOPMENT AND GROWTH OF ICT COMPANIES
On the 17th of November two experienced Irish Entrepreneurs will carry out workshops for budding Vietnamese entrepreneurs: The Irish experts are serial entrepreneurs and will share their experiences in setting up and managing ICT companies. Following their presentations they will be available to coach and tutor Vietnamese entrepreneurs.

Background:
Sponsored by the Governments of Vietnam and of Ireland and managed by VCCI, VINASA and Enterprise Ireland (the Irish Government’s Trade and technology Development Agency), the VIBF is designed to create closer links between Irish and Vietnamese business people.
The VIBF will be held once each year. While in the first year it is concentrating on the ICT sectors, in the future other industry sectors will be included in the Forum.
